Disappointed that this product contained L- Glycene, citric acid and Stevia. Did not look at ingredient dec prior to purchase, so my fault! But wanted a clean dec product. So unfortunately disappointed. Sorry!

Good morning, Thank you for posting your review. I do feel that giving this product a one-star rating because you didn’t read the product information before purchasing is very unfair. The Citric Acid and Glycine are essential components of this collagen builder product, they are not just “additives”. The amino Acid Glycine is our most prevalent amino acid and one in every three of our bodily “building blocks” is Glycine. It is therefore considered the “rate limiting factor” in collagen synthesis. Vitamin C is also essential for collagen synthesis, so we included a high dose of this in Evolved Collagen. Unfortunately Vitamin C also tastes very bitter, hence the stevia we have added to make this product enjoyable for our customers.
