Basic Statin Bundle contains:

  • Pack of Vitamin D3 with K2 – 30 tablets

WHAT TO DO: For patients on Statins, take up to 2 of CoQ10 capsules daily (ideally one capsule, twice a day) . For optimal absorption take 1 capsule in morning & 1 at lunchtime. If the 2nd capsule is being missed take 2 capsules in the morning. Higher doses may be required in some patients. Take one Vitamin D tablet daily, ideally in the morning. Suck the tablet slowly, like a sweet, to maximise absorption.
