WHAT TO DO:

  • For patients on Statins, take up to 2 of CoQ10 capsules daily (ideally one capsule, twice a day) . For optimal absorption take 1 capsule in morning & 1 at lunchtime. If the 2nd capsule is being missed take 2 capsules in the morning. Higher doses may be required in some patients.
  • Take one Vitamin D tablet daily, ideally in the morning. Suck the tablet slowly, like a sweet, to maximise absorption.
  • Take one Multivitamin in the morning. (This product contains Vitamin B2 which can make your urine appear vivid yellow – this is normal and nothing to worry about) .
  • Take one Magnesium Duo capsule, three times a day.
  • Take one Metaboost capsule twice a day – For optimal absorption take 1 capsule in morning & 1 at lunchtime. If the 2nd capsule is being missed take 2 capsules in the morning.
